Today Halil got some money, and it ended up with SHOPPING :D
First he was gonna go to his guitar course, but his teacher didn't show up.. AGAIN! I say we should get his money back seriously, this is 3rd time he is no-show. And it is SO unprofessional... Well anyway, we went walking a little, I FINALLY got to wear my fantastic shoes which I bought just for Turkey.. But I got to say that they are not fit for walking and walking, for SURE! We went to one shop where he bought 3 sweaters for himself, really nice ones, then we went to Burger King (we are suppose to try to stay healthy but I don't think it's gonna work), then after we went to a small cafe for ice cream and tea :) It was really nice, the sun was shining today and it was warm, not even jacket-weather! Then on the way home, he bought a jacket and sweater for me, and pyjamas for himself... We walked home, it's walking distance so we are saving the 3,50 it cost with Dolmus, other than when we are in a hurry.
When we came home he took our clothes to the dry cleaners, since we don't have washing machine, and it was 44 (!!!!!) TL !! I think that is very expensive cause it really wasn't all that much clothes, like one plastic bag of clothes... Tonight we are going to BAR finally, and I am MAX excited about it cause we haven't been out like that at all here.
The locksmith is also coming today to change our lock, it's not safe to go around here with our door open. Yani not just the LOCK is broken, but we cant close it at all.
Tomorrow I will get my money so then we'll pay house rent, electric, go to market and then we are broke.
Long live money!
44 lira er aaaaltfor dyrt. Var det luksusvasking or what?! Sykt...
